    FAQs
    • Vandalism includes intentional damage caused by another person.

      Examples: keying your car, spray paint, slashing tires, broken mirrors, or forcibly removed vinyl wraps.

      Normal wear and tear or accidental damage (like a car wash or curb rash) isn't covered under this guarantee.

    • Our team typically reviews submissions within 3–5 business days.
      
We’ll reach out via email if we need more information, and once approved, you’ll receive a link to confirm shipping and get your replacement sent out.
    • No problem. If you purchased from one of our authorized retailers or installers, you’re still covered.
      
Just include your proof of purchase (receipt, email confirmation, etc.) in the form submission.
